When calling or emailing Roxanne, please have the following details available to discuss:
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available)
  • Type of event (weddings, other events)
  • Date, starting time, ending time
  • Location of the event, including whether indoor or outdoor
  • Approximate number of people attending
  • Type of music you are interested in, if known
  • Interested in a soloist or ensemble
  • Any special requests
If you wish to proceed with booking, Roxanne will send you a simple contract. Return the signed original contract with a check made out to Roxanne Ziegler with one-third of the fee to reserve the date.
